Winter offers from beginning November through to Easter.
Changeover day
Normally Saturday but would consider other dates. Access is after 4.00pm on arrival and vacation is 12 noon on
departure. Cost of electricity consumed will be deducted from the deposit.

Outside
The entrance to the property is through a gated security and entry is by a secure phone system. Covered car
parking area, close to the front door.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking. For extra guests, price on application. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks
prior to departure. If booking is within 8 weeks of departure then full payment is to be paid when booking.
To assist you in making your holiday arrangements we can arrange your golf for you when you book. Please note
that golf courses normally need to be arranged in advance for a chance to play when desired. Please ask when
booking.
